Ticket cancellation and changes to tickets
If you have bought a 360-day ticket using the mobility budget, we can cancel your ticket or make changes to it if your home address changes during the ticket validity. We will not make changes to tickets valid for a shorter period.
Terminating a 360-day ticket
If you move away from the HSL area or your employment is terminated, we can terminate your employer-subsidized commuter ticket. Please contact your employer first. Agree with your employer on the expiry date of the ticket. After this we will cancel your ticket together with your employer.
Updating the zones of a 360-day ticket
If you move to a new address and need more zones to be added to your employer-subsidized commuter ticket, we can update the zones of the ticket. (If you move to a new address and your new commute passes through fewer zones, you can continue to use your current ticket.) Please contact your employer first. Agree with your employer the date from which the new zones should be activated. After this, we will cancel your 360-day ticket at your employer’s request, and your employer will grant you more mobility budget, which you can use to buy a new 360-day ticket for the zones you need to travel through.
