HSL Business Portal

You can open an account in the HSL Business Portal right away by filling out an order form. Opening an account will not obligate you in any way – you can take your time to learn more about our products and buy tickets only when you are ready. We will check the credit information of every customer after they have filled out the order form. The credit information will be checked within two days after submitting the form. After we have checked your credit information, you will receive an email invitation for creating a user ID in the service, after which you can start using the Business Portal.

After you have logged in to the Business Portal for the first time, you can add several main users to the service who can manage the orders and benefits of your company. You can also add more than one invoice to the service.

You can use the Business Portal to provide your personnel with the HSL Commuter Benefit either as a season ticket or as a flexible budget, or the HSL Business Travel as a flexible sum the size of which you can change at any time. Select the benefit type and more detailed information about the benefit, such as the period of validity, and add the email addresses of the beneficiaries either one by one or in the form of an CSV or Excel file. Your employees will immediately receive an invitation to the service as well as instructions on how to activate their benefit. We will send you an invoice once a month based on actual use.

You can at any time make changes to the period of validity of the benefits or terminate the benefits. In addition, you can change the travel zone of season tickets and the amount that is available to your employees. The changes you make for your employees take effect immediately.

You can also keep track of how the benefits are used in the Business Portal. We will compile a list of all the purchases that every beneficiary makes on each beneficiary’s personal page and add them to Excel reports that show you all the purchases your employees have made.

You can use the Business Portal to order single or day tickets as ticket codes or as disposable paper cards. All you need to do is fill out an order form with the required ticket information and then send the form to us. HSL Corporate Sales will process your order and create the tickets within a few days. You can choose whether you wish to receive the tickets via email or by mail. Alternatively, you can also visit our service point to pick up the tickets.
