At the end of 2021 HSL had 420 employees. The average age of employees was 44.4 years. About 56 percent of our employees were women, 55 percent men.

In 2021, we measured employee experience in a new way by focusing on thing our employees deem meaningful. The five most important things were meaningful tasks, a fair and competent supervisor, job security, balance between work and leisure as well as fair wages and benefits.

Other meaningful things that are also working well were team spirit, competent professional colleagues and a relaxed work environment.
