End benefit

You can end the benefit of one or more beneficiaries by editing the beneficiaries in the Beneficiaries view. Select the beneficiary or beneficiaries you wish to edit. Then select “Edit beneficiaries”. Select “Benefit validity”. If you set the benefit status to “Disabled”, the benefits of the selected beneficiaries will be terminated immediately.

If the beneficiaries have been using mobility budget, the remaining budget will be immediately withdrawn. If the beneficiaries have been using a season ticket, the ticket will no longer be renewed when the current 30-day period ends. The beneficiary will be notified of the termination of the benefit by email.

End the benefit of one beneficiary

Alternatively, you can end the benefit of one beneficiary directly in the view displaying an individual beneficiary’s information. Select “End benefit" and the benefit will be terminated immediately.

Use the "End benefit" function in case you wish to provide the employee with HSL Business Travel instead of the commuter benefit.
