If your employee's home address or your business address changes, you may need to change the zones on your employee’s ticket. You can do this either by editing a beneficiary’s information in the Beneficiaries view or in the view displaying an individual beneficiary’s information. Select “Zones” and select the appropriate zones in the menu. Once you have saved the changes, the beneficiary will be notified of the changes by email.

The beneficiary’s season ticket will be valid until the end of the current 30-day period. After this the beneficiary receives the next season ticket with the new zones.
