Create a corporate user account

Once an account has been created for your company, you will receive an email inviting you as an admin to the HSL Business Portal.

You need to create a personal corporate user account in order to manage your company’s commuter benefits. Click Get started.

Continue to log in

Click “Continue to log in”.

Select “Create an account” to create a personal HSL corporate user account. If possible, use your work email address and work phone number to create the corporate user account.

Create a password

Fill in the necessary information and create a new password of 12 characters. Remember your password! You will need the password and email address linked to your corporate user account to log in to the HSL Business Portal.

Confirm your email address

You will need to confirm your email address. Click “Continue”.

Send confirmation code

Send confirmation code to your email. You will receive the code in a few minutes.

Enter the confirmation code you received by email in the box that opens below. The email may take a few minutes to arrive. The email will come from do-not-reply@hsl.fi

Strong authentication

Once you have confirmed your email address, you will be taken to strong authentication.

Corporate user account created

You have now created and confirmed your personal corporate user account. You can continue to the service by selecting “Go to the service”.
