Add an identifier for a beneficiary

You can add an identifier of your choice, such as an employee number, for a beneficiary. You can also choose to leave out the identifier.

You can add an identifier when adding a beneficiary or later by editing a beneficiary’s information in the “Beneficiaries” view. Select the beneficiary or beneficiaries you wish to edit in the Beneficiaries view. Then select “Edit beneficiaries” in the menu below.

Select “Identifier”. Add an identifier for the beneficiary and save the changes. The same identifier will be added for all beneficiaries edited at a time. Please note that you cannot see the identifier on an invoice, but you can get the information required for reviewing an invoice by examining reports on the HSL Business Portal.
