Campaign Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to HSL’s discount campaign from 17 August 2021 to 15 September 2021.
By loading a campaign ticket, you agree to these Campaign Terms and Conditions and to the campaign prices. HSL reserves the right to exclude you from the campaign if you breach the Campaign Terms and Conditions, HSL’s Conditions of Carriage and Ticket Terms and Conditions or the Terms of Use of the HSL app or if you otherwise act in violation of the law or good practice.
Organizer
The campaign is organized by Helsinki Regional Transport Authority (HSL), whose office is located at Opastinsilta 6 A, Helsinki. Postal address: PO Box 100, FI-00077 HSL, business ID: 2274586-3, tel. +358 9 4766 4000 (local call rate).
What?
During the campaign, HSL sells 30-day adult season tickets for all zones, AB, BC, D, ABC, ABCD, BCD and CD, at about half the normal price. If you are entitled to a student discount or a 70+ discount, you will get an about 50 percent discount instead of the normal 45 percent discount.
For whom?
You can buy campaign-price tickets if your customer group is adult, student or 70+ and your home municipality is one of the following HSL or neighboring municipalities: Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa, Kauniainen, Siuntio, Kirkkonummi, Sipoo, Kerava, Tuusula, Hanko, Hausjärvi, Inkoo, Karkkila, Lohja, Mäntsälä, Nurmijärvi, Pornainen, Porvoo, Pukkila, Raasepori or Vihti.
What tickets does the discount apply to?
- Season tickets purchased as one off via the HSL app (the discount applies to 30-day season tickets purchased during the campaign whose start date is within the campaign period)
- Auto-renewing saver subscriptions on the HSL app (available for adults, the discount applies to 30-day periods whose start date is within the campaign period)
- Auto-renewing saver subscriptions on the HSL app (available for adults, the discount applies to 30-day periods whose start date is within the campaign period)
- Auto-renewing season tickets purchased by an employer via HSL Commuter Benefits Service
Customers who have a valid auto-renewing subscription or saver subscription get the discount automatically on tickets renewed during the campaign period. The discount is also available for companies currently using the HSL Commuter Benefits Service.

- HSL Commuter Benefits Service, tickets purchased via the service are displayed on the HSL app
What does it cost?
The discount is about 50 percent on the normal adult fare. If you are entitled to a student discount or a 70+ discount, you will get an about 50 percent discount instead of the normal 45 percent discount.

When?
The campaign will run from 17 August 2021 0.01am to 15 September 2021 11.59pm. During this time, you can buy a discount price 30-day season ticket using the HSL app or via the HSL Commuter Benefits Service.
Other terms and conditions
Otherwise, HSL Public Transport Conditions of Carriage and Ticket Terms and the Terms of Use of the HSL App apply.
HSL reserves the right to update and revise these Terms and Conditions during the campaign.
HSL reserves the right to cancel or suspend the campaign if the coronavirus epidemic worsens and people are advised to avoid travel in the HSL area or HSL has to limit passenger numbers, or if otherwise necessary.
