Order a free ticket and travel on public transport for free for seven days across the HSL area. Apply for the offer and you will get a ticket code for an ABCD ticket for use in the HSL app by email. The campaign has ended.

Who is eligible for the offer?

You can try public transport for free if

you are at least 18 years of age,
you live permanently in the HSL area or in one of the surrounding municipalities, and
you have not purchased any tickets on your HSL card or via the HSL app or through an OpenMaaS API on and after 8 March 2021.

You can order your free ticket between 8 March and 3 April 2022.

How to get a free ticket for a week

We will send you an email within a couple of days.

3. Activate the ticket code

Activate the ticket code on the HSL app and travel for free in zones A, B, C and D for a week.

How to order a free ticket for a week

Start by clicking on Order your ticket.
a) Create an HSL account if you do not have one.
b) If you already have an HSL account, log in.
Authenticate strongly. We will verify your entitlement to the campaign offer on the basis of your information.
Check the information on the campaign form and submit the form.
If you are entitled to the offer, you will receive a ticket code via email within a few days of submitting the order form.
Only one offer per person is allowed.
Use the code to redeem a 7-day ABCD ticket on the HSL app. See instructions for redeeming a ticket code.
