Changes to access routes to the south of Tapiola Metro Station from 15 January

Starting 15 January, there will be changes to access routes near Tapiola Metro Station and the bus terminal on the Itätuulenkuja side of the station due to bridge work. The access to Tapiola Metro Station and the Ainoa shopping center from Tuulimäenpolku and Tuulimäki Street will be closed because the current bridge over Itätuulenkuja will be taken out of service.

An alternative route from Tuulimäenpolku will be available via Rossinmäenpolku. A new bridge over Itätuulenkuja is being constructed at the end of Rossinmäenpolku. The new bridge will open before the access route from Tuulimäki is closed.

Access from bus terminal bays 10 and 11 and from the Ainoa shopping center to the new bridge will be via a lift to the first floor, from where you can exit via the Helmakuja exit.

Wayfinding signs will be displayed along the closed route once the old bridge is no longer in use.
