Bus route 51 will be diverted in Kallio and Harju as of Monday 12 July due to street works.
The bus will run along the following route in the direction of Malminkartano: Fleminginkatu – Aleksis Kiven katu – Sturenkatu. The bus will not serve Helsinginkatu and Läntinen Brahenkatu or stops “Urheilutalo” (H2147) and “Porvoonkatu” (H0261).
The bus will serve the following stops along the diversion route in the direction of Malminkartano: “Helsinginkatu” (H0651) on Fleminginkatu and “Fleminginkatu” (H0653) on Aleksis Kiven katu.
The bus will run along the following route in the direction of Hakaniemi: Sturenkatu – Wallininkatu – Alppikatu – Toinen linja. The bus will not serve Läntinen Brahenkatu – Helsinginkatu – Fleminginkatu – Porthaninkatu or stops “Porvoonkatu” (H2146), “Urheilutalo” (H2148), “Helsinginkatu” (H2150), “Franzeninkatu” (H2142) and “Karhupuisto” (H2144).
The bus will serve the following stops along the diversion route in the direction of Hakaniemi: “Porvoonkatu” (H2122) on Sturenkatu, “Kulttuuritalo” (H2124), “Wallininkatu” (H2126), “Kuntatalo” (H2128) and “Castréninkatu” (H0228).

Tram lines have already been diverted in Kallio and Alppila since 17 May. There will also be changes to the diversion routes of trams on 12 July. Link to a separate release.
