Our ticket inspectors will be conducting a ticket survey on central city tram routes from 9 September until mid-October. On light rail 15, the survey will be conducted in October and November.
Ticket inspectors will conduct the survey along with normal ticket inspections on different tram routes mainly between 6am and 10.30pm. They will use a separate app for the survey.
To make the survey process as smooth as possible, please keep your ticket easily accessible.
The survey examines what tickets our customers use and in which municipalities they live. The survey data will not be combined with personal data.
We will use the results to plan our finances, assess the impacts of changes to the route network, and to plan and improve public transport services.
