Service fees at the HSL service point from 1 June 2023

  • Season ticket top up on HSL card EUR 5
  • Value top up on HSL card EUR 1
  • Single and day tickets on disposable cards EUR 1
  • Change of customer group stored on HSL card EUR 8
  • No service fee is charged for change of customer group stored on HSL card to:
    – Customers who receive national or guarantee pension or a cash rehabilitation benefit from Kela
    – Customers aged 70 years and over
    – People with reduced mobility
    – Students whose discount entitlement cannot be checked via the My Studyinfo service of the Finnish National Agency for Education
    Exchange students
    – People with functional difficulties that prevent them from using the HSL app
  • Service fee EUR 8
  • Refund or change requests relating to tickets EUR 8 (for accounts in standard IBAN format), EUR 16 for other accounts.
  • Requests to cancel a penalty fare EUR 8
  • Transfer of HSL card data to a new HSL card EUR 8
  • Invoice surcharge EUR 8 (for companies)

 

A service fee is charged for HSL card top ups and updating the customer group in situations where the customer has the option of using a self-service machine, an online service or the HSL app. The service point staff will assist you with the use of a machine, the online top up and the HSL app, if required.
